Rafael is HTC codename to TouchPro and XDA from the manufacturer.

Once in the correct forum you will find 6 or 7 regular "cooks" that offer a number of ROMs all with different settings. my recommendation would be to try several until you find one that works for you; you will find lots of help from disk at XDA flashing, if you have any questions or problems: I'll go over the ROM flashing soon to follow.
